Contrato ou de Redu\u00e7\u00e3o de Jornada Podem ser Feitos por at\u00e9 180\u00a0dias<\/h2>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" data-adtags-visited=\"true\">As medidas de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o de emprego e renda foram institu\u00eddas pela\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.normaslegais.com.br\/legislacao\/lei-14020-2020.htm\">Lei n\u00ba 14.020\/2020<\/a>\u00a0(convers\u00e3o da Medida Provis\u00f3ria n\u00ba 936\/20) que criou o Benef\u00edcio Emergencial.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" data-adtags-visited=\"true\">O prazo anterior para cada modalidade era de at\u00e9 120 dias e foi ampliado para o m\u00e1ximo de 180 dias.\u00a0<strong>Os acordos s\u00f3 podem ser feitos at\u00e9 o fim de 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" data-adtags-visited=\"true\">O\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.normaslegais.com.br\/legislacao\/decreto-10470-2020.htm\">Decreto n\u00ba\u00a010.470\/2020<\/a>, publicado em 24\/08\/2020,\u00a0prorrogou\u00a0os prazos para a celebra\u00e7\u00e3o de acordos de redu\u00e7\u00e3o proporcional de jornada e de sal\u00e1rio e de suspens\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria do\u00a0contrato de trabalho\u00a0com o pagamento dos benef\u00edcios emergenciais.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" data-adtags-visited=\"true\">O decreto regulamenta a\u00a0Lei n\u00ba 14.020, de 6 de julho de 2020, convers\u00e3o da Medida Provis\u00f3ria n\u00ba 936\/2020 \u2013 que instituiu o Benef\u00edcio Emergencial de Preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do Emprego e da Renda \u2013 BEm.<\/p>\n<p data-adtags-visited=\"true\">O prazo de prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o foi unificado para at\u00e9 180 dias, conforme detalhado no quadro abaixo:<\/p>\n<figure trabalho,\u00a0j\u00e1 utilizados antes da publica\u00e7\u00e3o do Decreto, s\u00e3o computados para fins de contagem dos limites citados no quadro.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" data-adtags-visited=\"true\">Os prazos s\u00e3o cumulativos independentemente da modalidade, ou seja, caso o empregador tenha feito acordo de\u00a090\u00a0dias de redu\u00e7\u00e3o de jornada e sal\u00e1rio, s\u00f3 poder\u00e1 fazer acordo para mais\u00a090\u00a0dias, seja de suspens\u00e3o de contrato ou de nova redu\u00e7\u00e3o de jornada e\u00a0sal\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" data-adtags-visited=\"true\">O prazo m\u00e1ximo de benef\u00edcio emergencial \u00e9 limitado a 180 dias desde que termine at\u00e9 31\/12\/2020, prazo final do per\u00edodo do estado de calamidade p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" data-adtags-visited=\"true\">Os procedimentos para informa\u00e7\u00e3o da suspens\u00e3o e redu\u00e7\u00e3o de jornada e\u00a0sal\u00e1rios\u00a0permanecem os mesmos, lembrando que, al\u00e9m de informar a suspens\u00e3o\/redu\u00e7\u00e3o no\u00a0eSocial,\u00a0\u00e9 necess\u00e1rio fazer o cadastramento do trabalhador no\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/servicos.mte.gov.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Portal de Servi\u00e7os do Minist\u00e9rio da
